Turning rentals in Gainesville

Is the middle of August and those of you involved in any activity related to rentals should be saying " this month is almost over"... not yet, I must say. This is the busiest month of the year, all those showing appointments, reviewing of applications, unstoppable phone calls and emails are not part of the past... real estate is well alive, at least the rental part of it.
